Some items ship from international warehouses and may take longer during peak seasons.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart. Promotional free-shipping thresholds are shown on the product page and at checkout when they apply.

Tracking information is provided for eligible orders and emailed to you as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. You can also check status any time on our Track Your Order page.

Customs processing, carrier backlogs and severe weather can delay delivery. If your order is significantly late, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
